Before Museleon, I created electronic music under the moniker of SOUNDICIAN together with my husband, Kit. I created the music and he mixed and mastered the tracks.

SOUNDICIAN has its own style of electronic music – A mix of classical electronic music with a touch of ambient, minimalist and experimental elements. Since the first release in 2000, albums were always eclectic and no two releases are the same, meaning that it was not easy to pigeonhole or fit us easily into any one genre, but there is a definite SOUNDICIAN sound.

Since the first release in 2000, SOUNDICIAN has been and continues to be  played on Radio stations all around the world and was regularly included on the Top 100 monthly and yearly charts in New Age Voice, New Age Reporter and Zone Music Reporter.

However, after 16 years as an electronic musician under the guise of SOUNDICIAN, my direction changed, spurred on by life events. To continue to create music and art, I knew that I would have to adapt. Finally, in 2017 I created a project which allowed me to break away from some of the conventions that I had used previously and began writing, recording and producing under the moniker of Museleon

Whatever the project, for both Museleon and Soundician, the connections between sound and image are paramount and many tracks are sound pictures where the sounds are the equivalent to an artist’s paints.
