I have a love hate relationship with Daffodils.

On the one hand they are a symbol of my proud heritage and en masse in the wild, they can cheer the heart and brighten any gloomy vista.
However, they also remind me that tomorrow is the anniversary of my beloved Dads’ death and on the last day of his life, on St David’s day, I filled his hospital room with daffodils to light up the darkness and be a thing of beauty to see with fading eyes.
Once, someone asked me if I am moved by my music, as they were.
This one makes me cry.
